Suffering is Not the Will of God

Working with countless individuals over many years, I happened upon an amazing discovery. Our challenging outer circumstances were not the dictates of a displeased God administering suffering so that we could repay our sins or karma, but were manifesting from subconscious patterns born of self judgments and beliefs we took on by misunderstanding the true nature of our experience.

I found that we are not meant to suffer, that suffering is contrary to the Will of God and the Divine Intention for our life. Human patterns are what perpetuate suffering on Earth. Unaware of this important dynamic, humanity continues to live out of human conditioning rather than the Divine Plan that would manifest its higher, more loving peace filled vision.

The power the 21st Century Alchemist wields in healing the cause of suffering from within is tremendous. There is an immediate change as patterns in motion are stopped from further running their course. Dire conditions give way to blessed experiences, as you tend to the inner patterns behind your challenging life experiences. he time of misery is shortened and great lessons, understanding and insights are gained as you uncover the Jewels of Wisdom from the journey within.

Issues are a part of earthly life and yet we, as a humanity breaking into ever-new territories to advance ourselves forward, remain clueless on how to deal effectively with our emotions. Issues are never fully resolved by bringing them up over and over again as we try to work them out with another person. They need to be addressed in an inner healing forum, focused directly on the part of self that feels ‘abandoned, wounded, or hurt.’

Your upset is an inner part of you crying for attention. It wants to be healed. When you focus this upset outwardly, getting upset with someone you believe did something to you, the Inner Aspect is not helped or healed, and the hurt is left unresolved. Just talking about it or getting upset about it never brings a true and lasting resolution. That is why it will keeping coming up without resolve, and why people on this planet never get over things, no matter how much they spew and stew about their issues.

It is the same when you spiritually bypass your issues in search of peace. Many times this is a false peace, because the upset is still stewing within you, though this may have become unconscious, and can lead to illness of the body or mind.

Through years of pioneering work in the psyche, I found a quick way to resolve issues and heal core wounds and patterns. I developed a breakthrough Counseling Theory and Practice, TheQuest™, and distilled it into a seven step Self Healing Process that is easy to apply.

To completely resolve an issue or change a pattern, the Inner Aspect(s) in charge need to be healed. Taking them through TheQuest™ 7 steps, a complete healing takes place in each session and a history of pain is laid to rest as your future is transformed. Our life challenges are a catalyst to positive change, because they call us to address subconscious patterns that are causing turmoil in our life, just as our current planetary challenges are causing us to rise to an extraordinary Earth Restoration Project. Challenges are a sign that something is wrong and in need of a remedy. They challenge us to become more conscious, loving beings, and this work begins within.

You cannot restructure your life and set things right by merely willing change into existence. It must come from within. The core patterns in charge of your challenging life circumstances lie in your subconscious. Therefore, it is to this body you must look to get to the heart of your problem. This will lead you to the pattern in charge. Reprogramming it is simple.

You were born into this time for a reason. Exploring this can take you beyond the bounds of your present conscious awareness into the inner world of the soul. Search for a Lost Identity

Today, millions of people have embarked on a quest for their lost identity, longing to know the reason they have embodied on earth. Through this quest, many people are now living their Soul Purpose. There is a mass exodus from old systems and belief systems, because these have not translated into personal happiness and fulfillment.

People are weary of the grind, and many have found emptiness in the pursuit of wealth. There is a return to values that are important, and the well-being of all is finally making it to the top of the list, because the cry of human travail has become too loud to go unnoticed.

Lack and self-denial have played their role in driving people to rediscover what the ancients clearly knew, that having a fulfilling life is really quite simple. Follow your passion and you will be happy. Love and respect yourself, and you will feel confident and self-assured. Enjoy the gifts that are continually being provided, and you will live an Abundant Life. Honor and respect others, and you will live in peace.

While much of the focus of the human potential movement has been on finding peace, Joy has also been lost to our society. To live joyously is to live fully! When you are passionate about what you are doing, your joy knows no bounds, and this is infectious.

You inspire others and create harmony in your life. You rise on wings of creative expression as joy inspires your greatest efforts. Without joy, you may go through life feeling numb, checked out, overburdened, angry, bitter, or shut down, but when joy fills your whole being and sails you into ever-new realities, life becomes an exciting adventure.

So, how can you feel joy when the going gets rough and you face immense challenges? How can you feel fulfilled when your life experiences are harsh and cause pain? How can you feel peace, when there is constant turmoil? The answer is, by working your self-healing process when upsets arise. The faster you get to this work, the sooner you will be on the other side, feeling the joy and peace of your True Nature.

The more you live in your True Nature, the happier you will become. Challenges will dissolve and life will work out in miraculous ways. You will be aligned with the higher plan for your life and for the planet, one with the Divine Destiny that is birthing a New World in this time.

You don’t need to go around under a dark cloud, or have your shoulders droop as you carry immense loads. You don’t need to be troubled, burdened, or sad for days at a time. This doesn’t mean you should bypass your feelings and pretend you feel ok when you don’t. The most effective way to deal with upset is to turn within and tend to the part of you that is hurting. Power of the Authentic Self

As the new millennium dawned, humanity had only just begun to tap into the power of the Authentic Self and to live out of its transcendent reality knowing true joy. Movements were born that espoused personal freedoms and while many positioned themselves to herald in a time of peace, wars continued. This is the sad side of our present earth experience. For rise as we might to embody our noblest qualities and realize our greatest dreams, our old patterns live on creating a very different reality. We long for peace on earth, but our planet has entered a Dark Night.

This dichotomy is a reflection of what is happening within us. The light and dark sides of our nature are playing out and which will win? Will we continue to allow our Shadow Self to power our lives or will we finally hand the scepter of power to our Authentic Self? This is the question of the hour. We are being called to make a choice. It is a collective decision that is having a dramatic impact on our future that can change the landscape of our planet forever. What are you choosing?

In the midst of grave darkness, the Indwelling Spirit is rising, awakening us to an Authentic Selfhood long relegated to being a myth. When we enter its Presence, we are transformed. We feel whole, peaceful, and complete. We gain confidence in our abilities and strive to positively change our life.

Then, without warning, we leave the peace of our True Nature. We return to a consciousness so often overcome with sadness, anger, upset, or grief. We’ve felt the magic of the vast inner creative genius that can transform us from within, but so often we remain saddled under life’s constraints and burdens, barely realizing one tenth of our potential. That is why self-mastery is so important. We must consciously quell the shadow side of our nature and to do this, we have to heal these inner programs, not just ignore them hoping they will disappear.

There is a power that comes from uniting with your internal truth. You feel centered, clear, and directed. You have a quiet power that emanates from you, and people are impacted by your presence. Your words have a powerful influence on others, because you anchored in your Self. You are never inauthentic. You don’t need to pretend you know more, or are better than others, because you know your true value and worth.

When you live from this authentic reality, you naturally take time to enjoy life. You revel in each life experience and spend moments appreciating the scenery and unique landscape of your life. You take time to drink in the beauty that is all around you and are constantly uplifted and nourished. You feel excited about the things you are working on, and enriched by your close relationships. You live each moment to the fullest.

Birthing a New World

Paramahansa Yogananda was an Indian Sage who came to America to teach a Path of Self Realization. His main impact and appeal was his ability to embody and exemplify his higher nature. He touched countless lives with his Self Realization Fellowship ministry, proving the existence of an Authentic Self that lies beneath our human programming, and demonstrated how this Self reconnects us with our Source. Through his dedicated work, many people learned how to live in the harmony and peace of their True Nature.

Other sages from east and west have brought their unique perspective to our planetary equation and with it, Keys to Enlightenment that have been embraced by flocks of hungry souls on the planet. America has been a Light to the World and other nations and peoples are rising to meet her. Yes, human programming has been playing out to such a sad degree that war has become a way of life for Americans, but behind the scenes, the worldwide Awakening was largely birthed on her shores, and this has had a rippling effect on other peoples and nations.

America has been a front-runner in a human potential movement that is now a global happening. The unique language of a higher consciousness has permeated even our television shows. Consciousness is catching and illumined thinking and actions do make a difference. We are seeing this as inspired souls help resolve planetary issues and pave a new way for humanity.

The people of this world have suffered enough, but to end suffering, we must each determine to do our part by tending to our inner world. It is time we take ourselves off the cross and return to being who we really are, so that we can manifest our greater potential and the world can reflect our enlightenment, harmony, and peace.
Inner changes create outer shifts so powerful as to defy the imagination, because our inner world is powerful, whether on the dark or light side. Look at the power one wounded man wielded from the dark side of his nature (Hitler) and the immense suffering that occurred. Harnessing our Divine Nature can have an equally powerful effect as a positive force of goodwill.

When masses of people choose to live from their higher nature, vast changes take place on Earth. That is what we are seeing today and why this is such a powerful and prophetic time. It is history in the making. Through the shedding of the old consciousness and the purification of the dark side of our nature, we are transformed, and through our transformation, we change the very nature of our earthly existence. When millions of people follow this path, we birth a New World.

A Return to Authentic Selfhood

Many people today are waking up and freeing themselves from programming that has caused untold misery. When you have loving kindness towards your Self, compassion for your human failings, and self-respect, you can more easily make positive changes. When you have the right tools, you can easily transform the programming that has created the dichotomy within you that keeps you feeling ashamed and disempowered. When you reprogram the patterns creating hardship in your life, you alter your destiny and your future changes for the better.

Each time you restore an inner subconscious program to its innate design, you return to wholeness and have more peace. Practicing this art as a life path gives you a level of self-mastery, few on earth have attained, and this allows you to be in your higher nature most of the time, while skillfully healing your Shadow as it arises. If more of humanity healed and matured their ‘inner children’ and became their full Authentic Self, life would be very different on this planet.

After mastering the major counseling techniques that emerged in the last century, I was compelled to go further and this resulted in a way to radically change life from within. TheQuest was developed and is a powerful and fast way to change inner programs. I have seen it heal relationships, restore financial well being, and even cure life threatening illnesses.

Over the years I have witnessed many miracles with TheQuest, which has given me the desire to bring this technology to the world in a way that everyone can use it. When you understand that you are perfect beyond your human programming, it is a great relief. You have a shadow side, but this aspect of human nature gives you something to overcome. When you are in darkness, you seek the light. When insecure, you seek confidence. When stressed, you seek peace. What you are really seeking in all these instances is to reestablish a connection with your Authentic Self so that you can embody the qualities of your True Nature. When you reconnect with this Self, you have found a place of peace beyond your human programming and its incessant preoccupation with strife. You experience True Perfection and find that your True Nature is divine. You are a spiritual being who has embodied on Earth, taken on a shadow nature, and are finding your way back to Authentic Selfhood.

Confidence, happiness, and inner peace are things we don’t need to seek outside of ourselves, or take classes to attain. We just need to heal the parts of us that keep us in a lesser reality, so that we can return to the person we really are. It’s a great relief to not have to strive for perfection in the outer sense or pretend we are perfect so others will like us while we hate ourselves inside.

Sometimes we make mistakes or harm others. We choose destructive paths or engage in destructive behaviors. We lose ourselves in addictions or in fits of anger. We fall short of our ideals, letting others and ourselves down. It is impossible to act perfectly all the time and to do everything ‘right,’ even if we try very hard to do so. This is because we are embedded with human patterns and driven from a programming that has passed down our family lines for centuries, but that does not mean we are evil. The dark part of our nature is just an overlay, clouding our best judgment and keeping us from living our full potential. The good news is that we can heal it!

When we turn within and work lovingly with the parts of us that are programmed in this way, we become free to live out of our enlightened nature. It is then we bless everything and everyone around us. We become agents of positive change in the world when we act out of our divine nature, the pure and true part of us that is ever awaiting our return so that it can be fully embraced and embodied. When fully aligned with our Authentic Self, it provides the vehicle for our greatest creative expression, personal achievement, and soul fulfillment in this earthly life.

Redemption Through Healing

Unconscious patterns are driving the world to the brink of destruction. Even the threat of Hell over the last two millennia has not helped to change this inner dynamo that is causing so much havoc on the planet. We are a technologically advanced society that is still in diapers emotionally. We are a programmed race that must step out of our self-destructive programming if we are going to create a different future than the dire one before us.

Beneath our conscious awareness and contrary to our intention for harmony and world peace, this programming is creating the same dramas our ancestors endured, because it is has never been addressed. It lives on today as we conquer nations and decimate centuries of human endeavor with bombs and warfare. To date, the inner key to this mystery has eluded the masses. Instead, myths have traversed the centuries as religious leaders have sought to make sense of the misery many endure.

Now the global situation is mounting. Wars, violence, virulent epidemics, economic collapse and more are driving home the fact that it is time for us to come of age, to become mature citizens of this world, and to throw off archaic beliefs that have perpetuated hardship and struggle on earth. We must heal the patterns that have progressed us to this critical point in time, before it is too late.

The Saint Martyr is one of the most dangerous and dominant patterns I’ve found in the human psyche. At the heart of this pattern are core beliefs that we are bad and unredeemable, and therefore deserve punishment. We must be martyred to redeem ourselves in the eyes of God, so we willingly allow ourselves to be mistreated, abused, or challenged by endless struggles, or we give our whole life in service to others while denying our own needs. Women have practiced this self-abandonment for millennia, and only recently have they arisen en-mass to claim their equal rights, because at last they are seeing their true value. One need only look around to see all the ways humanity is being martyred today, and the great suffering that is taking place because of this one programming, “I am bad, therefore I deserve to suffer.”

When we know our true value and worth, we do not allow others to abuse us. When we respect and love ourselves, we begin managing our lives more wisely. We find ways to free ourselves from unconscious patterns that are creating hardship and strife. We no longer punish ourselves for our misdeeds. Instead, we look compassionately at our unconsciousness and we correct our course. This puts us on a Path of Soul Advancement that is refining and empowering.

Like the threat of Hell, countless destructive myths have been perpetuated by well meaning societies and religions who have striven to keep humanity off the wayward path and yet, the immense suffering that has occurred has proven that punishment is not an effective form of redemption. We don’t need to be martyred, tortured, or harmed to purify or extinguish the ‘evil’ part of our nature.

We are pure. At the core of our being there is perfection, not evil. We have an innate goodness and creative genius that is powerful and wise. It is the part of us that is ever working for our greater good. We have a conscience that tells us when we’ve acted unconsciously or unkindly. This authentic part of our nature wants us to be conscious, enlightened, peaceful, and loving. It stirs us to better ourselves and catalyzes our advancement as souls traversing a unique planet.

Purification through compassionate healing is a way we can tend to our inner world and emerge more enlightened and free. Living more often in our Authentic Selfhood is the key, rather than continually punishing ourselves because we are bad.

Emerging From the Myth

One of the greatest dilemmas on this planet is that humanity has a core belief that it is innately evil, and so, must be redeemed. The healing of this one facet of subconscious programming could end suffering on earth.

Our subconscious beliefs form patterns, which act like magnets drawing in experiences to support the programming. Beliefs such as “I am bad, I must suffer for my sins, Life is challenging, I must struggle to realize my dreams, I am not worthy,” keep you dealing with a round of challenging conditions. You must heal these core beliefs to experience a different reality.

This healing must first take place within. Then you can move into directed action steps to support the change. Subconscious programs exist below your conscious awareness, so you need more than a mental approach. You may think that if you exert your will and decide to have life a different way, you can manifest that. The truth is, unless you reprogram your internal belief systems, you will continue to experience hardship and strife. They must be healed for you to live an Abundant and fulfilling life and if collectively, we are going to birth a New World that is both opulent and peaceful.

Wherever there is personal or global strife, the unconscious is being mirrored. The best way to deal with personal challenges is to tend to the inner turmoil it causes you, which will quickly your inner peace. From this peaceful place, you will make the wisest decisions for your life. Insights will flash through your mind and you will feel inspired to take actions to support yourself and your loved ones. If humanity understood the ramifications of this powerful inner dynamic, that human conditioning is at the heart of suffering, we could shift the world very quickly and restore peace on earth.

One of the signposts of this new era is the mass exodus from belief systems that perpetuated suffering down the centuries. This Quest for Truth is moving the human race to a new understanding of the soul and its purpose on earth. The myths that kept people feeling they should be punished for the shadow part of their nature is dissolving, as souls awaken to a higher destiny and realize that their unconscious drives deserve compassionate healing rather than torture.

Countless histories of self-abuse and self-punishment have been born from inner beliefs that we are bad. We have suffered greatly at the hands of others and globally, horrendous acts have been rained upon peoples and nations, perpetuating suffering as a way of life.

We have seen these core beliefs translated into the genocide of indigenous cultures, blacks, Jews, and other races throughout the earth, and in plagues that people believed were a punishment because they were bad. We have seen it in the disempowerment of women and the abuse of children.

I call it the Saint Martyr Pattern, a hugely destructive encoding within the human psyche that continually draws in hardship and leaves destruction in its wake. Globally, this collective pattern is so potent; it could translate into the extinction of the human race through a major world war or other calamity in our lifetime. To change this fate, we must make the inner change within.
